ECM August Birthday Party
This is an affirming social time for the children where our church provides pizza, drinks, birthday presents, candy, and gift bags for the children who have August birthdays. We play BINGO with the children during the party.
Hall/Kitchen/Meeting Room Rental
We have great spaces available for civic and social meetings and events. We have hosted birthdays, graduation parties, and Family Reunions.
Men’s Club 1st Saturday 8:00 AM & 3rd Thursdays Dinner 6:00 PM
Meets at Advent the first Saturday of the month at 8:00 am for liturgy followed by breakfast out at a local diner. They also meet on the third Thursday of the month at 6:00 pm at a local restaurant for fellowship and dinner. Periodically throughout the year, we sponsor congregational events like Shrove Tuesday Pancake Dinner, summer BBQ, Chili Cook-off, and the popular Holiday Dinner. Advent Prayer Shawl Ministry 2nd Wednesday 1:00 PM
The Prayer Shawl Ministry meets on the second Wednesday of the month at 1 pm in the parish hall. The shawls are knitted and crocheted with prayers and donated to those who are ill or have other adversities. New members are always welcome. Contact Mary Peck for details at 314-894-5260
Peace Meal Quarterly Host at St. Johns Tower Grove
We cook and serve the community outreach meal at St. John’s Episcopal Church in Tower Grove four Saturdays per year. Donating time from 2-5:30 pm. To get involved contact Pam Perez at 314-401-0924.
Church Women’s Group
